Google API Services Disclosure

FMN does not:

• Sell Google user data to any third party
• Use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Use Google user data for personalised or targeted advertising
• Use Google user data to train generalised AI or machine learning models
• Transfer Google user data except where necessary to provide the features you have requested, comply with applicable law, or maintain platform security

Gmail integration is entirely optional. It is only activated when you explicitly connect your Gmail account through your FMN account settings.

If you connect Gmail, FMN may access Gmail information solely to provide the following user-facing features:

• Sending emails on your behalf
• Viewing email conversations and replies
• Maintaining communication history within the platform
• Supporting CRM and communication workflows

FMN's use of Gmail data is limited strictly to providing these features. Specifically, FMN:

• Does not use Gmail data for advertising
• Does not sell Gmail data
• Does not share Gmail data with data brokers
• Does not use Gmail data to train generalised AI or machine learning models

Human access to Gmail data occurs only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit permission
• To investigate bugs or security issues
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your FMN account settings or directly via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google Calendar integration is entirely optional. It is only activated when you explicitly connect your Google account through your FMN account settings.

If you connect Google Calendar, FMN may use calendar information to:

• Create and manage calendar events related to your projects
• Display schedules, deadlines, and reminders
• Organise meetings and site visits
• Sync project milestones with your calendar

Calendar information is used only for these visible, user-facing features. FMN does not use calendar data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide these features.

You can revoke Calendar access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

FMN uses Google Maps and related Google location services to:

• Display project and site locations
• Support address entry and validation
• Assist with navigation and location-based project organisation
• Power supplier and location discovery features

Google Maps is used only to power these visible features within the platform. Location data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Google Maps usage is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke FMN's access to your Google account at any time through:

• Your FMN account settings — disconnect individual integrations
• Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions

After revoking access, FMN will no longer be able to access your Google data. You may also request deletion of any associated information by contacting support@myfmn.com.

Google API data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the features you have requested.

If you disconnect a Google integration or request account deletion, associated Google data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law or legitimate security obligations.
